1.  Do you need any prior experience to attend this class?  Do I
      need to be in top physical shape to participate?
          No.  This program is designed for the average woman with no
          previous experience or background in physical skills training.

2.  Is there a program in my area?
         Yes.  Please check the current class schedule or call
         (913)206-6672 to set up a class in your area.

3.  What is the cost of a basic program?
         The cost for this Basic Physical Defense Program for women varies
         depending on the price/location of the facility.  The course is approximately 10 - 12 hours
         in length with an optional simulation designed to solidify your empowerment skills.

4.  What if I can't afford the cost of the class?
          Do not let the cost of the class keep you from taking it. 
          Please call or email me so that we can make other arrangements.

5.  Is this program one person's opinion?
         The RAD program as it appears today is a result of the
         contributions of many RAD instructors across the
         United States and Canada.

6.  How many women have taken this program?
         To date, over 250,000 women have attended the RAD Basic
         Physical Defense Program.

7.  How long is this program?
         The Basic Physical Defense program is a minimum of 10 hours. 
         Courses that offer the simulation are an additional two hours.  

8.  Is the class one long 10 - 12 hour day ? 
          No.  The class is scheduled in two different ways ... one being
          4 evening classes (one per week) for a month, three hours each. 
          The other being one 8 hour Saturday and then one additional
          class time that would be approximately 3 -4 hours on Sunday 
          afternoon / evening.  Please check the class schedule for the
          one that best suits your scheduling needs. However, if you do
          not see one on the current schedule, please email me about the
          availability of an upcoming class.

9.  Can I bring my daughter with me?
         Yes.  This course is designed for ages 13 and older. It is very
         common for mothers and daughters to attend this program 
         together. In addition to developing and enhancing your options
         of self -defense, it is a great bonding experience.  
        

10.  Can I sponsor a self-defense course at my high school, 
         church, workplace etc ...?
         Yes.  Please contact me via email or telephone and we can discuss
         scheduling options.
